Shipping:
All in stock items will be shipped within 2-3 days of order receipt. Out of stock items will ship within 2-3 weeks. Items over $500 will incur addtitional insurance shipping fees and require a signature of acceptance. If for any reason, your shipping and insurance fees were not accurately calculated at time of purchase, we will notify you prior to shipping.

Returns:
Returns may be made within 10 days from the date of receipt. Returned items need to be in original condition. No returns allowed on special order items. Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.

To return an item to Solstice Design Studio, please follow our three step process:

• Call. Please call 888-735-1029 to let us know the reason for you return.
• Package your item. When packaging your return please include all original packaging and collateral material. For security reasons,do not write Solstice Design Studio anywhere on the outside of the box. Please address returns to: Returns Dept., 6501 E. Greenway Pkwy, Suite 103-474, Scottsdale, AZ, 85254
• Insure Your Package. On your invoice, if the price of the item you're returning is listed as:
  Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination. Solstice Design Studio will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Solstice Design Studio. FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.

Special Orders:
Custom orders (including different gemstones, etc.) are available as a special order. With special orders, send in your request via email or fax. Your order will need to be quoted and confirmed first. Expect 2-3 weeks for delivery. Payment in full is required before the order will be processed. No returns allowed on special order items.
